Serves:2-3

Ingredients:

- 1/2 can of Spam, cut into small cubes

- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil

- 1 tablespoon SAVAGE BEE-CHES Habanero-Infused Honey

- 2 tablespoon water

- 4 large eggs

- Cooked white rice, for serving

- Garlic onion oil crisps, soy sauce, or teriyaki sauce, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the cubed Spam and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add the chopped onion and olive oil to the saucepan. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Lower the heat and stir in the habanero-infused honey and water, mixing well until everything is nicely combined.

4. Crack the eggs directly into the pan. Gently scramble the eggs with the Spam and onion mixture until the eggs are fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes.

5. Serve the hot honey Spam and eggs over warm white rice. Garnish with garlic onion oil crisps, a drizzle of soy sauce, or a splash of teriyaki sauce, if desired.

Notes:

- The habanero-infused honey adds a sweet and spicy kick that beautifully complements the savory flavors of the Spam and eggs.

- This versatile dish is perfect for any meal of the day. Enjoy it as a hearty breakfast, a satisfying lunch, or a comforting dinner.

Enjoy this delicious twist on a classic dish, and don't forget to drizzle a little more habanero-infused honey for an extra kick!
